Moneglia, a place where art and traditions are deeply rooted in history, was given the name "monilia" (gem) by the Romans.

A large number of events are organized throughout the year, such as the Olive Oil Fair held yearly on Easter Monday,
which attracts a large number of olive growers and also offers Ligurian handicraft products.
